Care Coordinator
With 15 years in Health and Social Care, I advanced from Support Worker to Care Coordinator, managing rotas and care plans. Holding an NVQ Level 3 and a B.A. Hons., I blend hands-on experience with academic expertise. I thrive in operational management while staying engaged with service users.
